With Apple expected to announce the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max in just a few short days, a new report claims to have details about how much buyers can expect to pay to get their hands on them.
Rumors of potential price increases compared to the iPhone 17 Pro models have been rife. Now, a new TrendForce report estimates the prices of the devices based on the latest hardware cost information.

According to the report, both the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max will see price increases of between $150 and $200 depending on the model chosen.
As an example, the iPhone 18 Pro is expected to start at $1,249 compared to the $1,099 of the iPhone 17 Pro. The iPhone 18 Pro Max is expected to start at $1,349, whereas the iPhone 17 Pro Max starts at $1,199 currently.
Price increases have become the norm across the tech industry of late, with Apple itself increasing the price of many Mac and iPad products recently. Global storage and RAM shortages have caused prices of those components to skyrocket in recent months.

Apple is also expected to announce its first foldable device, the iPhone Ultra, during the same September 9 event. TrendForce believes that it will start anywhere between $2,099 and $2,299 and go all the way up to more than $3,000 depending on the storage options available.
