Download: iPadOS 17.5 Final, macOS 14.5, watchOS 10.5, tvOS 17.5, HomePod 17.5, visionOS 1.2 Released

Alongside the release of iOS 17.5, Apple has today made software updates for its other devices available as well. Those devices include the iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, HomePod, and Apple Vision Pro and you can download all of the updates right now.

None of these updates are huge in terms of new features with WWDC expected to share details about the next big refresh this coming June 10. But for now, these are the updates that are available and you can grab them for free.

iPadOS 17.5

The iPadOS 17.5 update isn’t a huge one but it does set the scene for Apple’s latest iPads and accessories. The iPadOS 17.5 beta also confirmed that Apple added a new Battery Health menu and more. The update does add support for a new Pride wallpaper, too.

macOS 14.5

Apple’s macOS 14.5 software update is available for download right now but there are no big new features to look forward to. Instead, this update is all about bringing new bug fixes and improvements to the Mac.

watchOS 10.5

The latest Apple Watch software updates haven’t brought big new features to the wearable and watchOS 10.5 is no different. However, the update did add support for a new Pride watch face to go with the latest Pride Apple Watch band.

tvOS 17.5

Apple’s tvOS 17.5 updates are often smaller in scale beyond the big annual updates and tvOS 17.5 is a prime example of that. Those hoping for big new improvements and features will be left disappointed, unfortunately.

HomePod 17.5

Apple’s HomePod software updates are among its smallest and that is absolutely the case here, meaning you shouldn’t expect new features this time out. It’s still worth downloading to make sure that you have the best experience in terms of bug fixes and improvements.

visionOS 1.2

The visionOS 1.2 update is the latest in the fledgling Apple Vision pro’s releases and it makes new improvements to features like Personas and EyeSight without adding any big new ones. Bigger changes are expected when visionOS 2 is announced at WWDC in June, though.
