Download: iOS 17.1.1 IPSW Links, OTA Update For iPhone And iPad Released

You can now download iOS 17.1.1 IPSW links and OTA update for iPhone and iPad. Here are the details on this release.

Apple’s iOS 17.1.1 update isn’t a huge update but it’s one that you should definitely install on your iPhone and iPad. The OTA update and IPSW downloads are all available, and here’s everything you need to know.

Apple has now made iOS 17.1.1 available for download after testing the update internally without a beta release.

That normally only happens when Apple is working to fix specific bugs that it doesn’t want to wait for another major update before making available to the public. The iOS 17.2 release is currently in beta, but it now appears that iOS 17.1.1 is here to offer bug fixes ahead of that iOS 17.2 update rolling out to the world.

In terms of bug fixes, it’s still early days but we’re expecting this release to help with a Wi-Fi connectivity issue that is also fixed in iOS 17.2. Another possibility is an issue that causes some iPhones to restart of their own accord overnight, but we’ll know more when the release notes are made available.

As for the download itself, it can be had via the Software Update mechanism on the iPhone and iPad while those who prefer to download the IPSW files and install the updates manually can take that route using the links below.
