According to the sources at TechCrunch, HP has dropped Windows 7 + Intel based hardware for its ambitious tablet project because “It’s too power hungry”. This news, which is yet to be confirmed by HP comes only a few hours after it was confirmed that Microsoft Courier Tablet wont see the light of day.

I have just been tipped off on twitter about Limera1n.com – a domain which has been registered by the infamous iPhone hacker named George Hotz (aka geohot). The domain whois record for both blackra1n and limera1n shares same record and confirms that it has been registered by geohot on March 27. Whois record also reveals that it was last updated on April 13, almost effectively the same date when geohot successfully jailbroke iPhone OS 4 which makes it even more authentic.
