Here’s some interesting news related to iMac and iOS 4. How many of you thought that iOS 4 is limited to the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad only? We used to think the same, but looks like all that’s going to change. Apple is planning to ship iOS with its next iMac refresh with a touch-screen display.
There’s a rumor going around in the wild that Apple might give iMac a big refresh, in terms of display especially with a multitouch display panel. But that’s not it, the all new iMac will run on Mac OS X and when the user switches to the touch-screen mode, the OS will switch to iOS from OS X. Imagine working on a huge touch-screen iMac running iOS, sounds pretty awesome! Let’s wait and see how much of this is true. [via TechCrunch]
