Elago M4 Charging Stand Dock Turns Your iPhone Into A Vintage Macintosh

Charging stands or docks for things like Apple Watches and iPhones are not always the most exciting things in the world, but that does not always need to be the case. Back in January, accessory maker Elago proved that point by announcing an Apple Watch charging stand, which not only provided somewhere to keep the wearable whilst it charged, but also made it look like a vintage 1984 Macintosh in the process.

The same company is now back again, this time offering a similar stand for charging the iPhone 7, iPhone 6s and iPhone 6.

Dubbed the M4 stand, this one works just the same way as the Apple Watch stand that came before it. Users simply slide their iPhone into the silicone housing with the screen of the iPhone lining up perfectly with the screen of the faux Macintosh.

The M4 Stand is around 5.8 inches long, 4.3 inches wide, and 5 inches tall, and looks for all the world like a miniature Macintosh in all its nostalgic glory.

View your iPhone through a blast from the past. Your iPhone fits perfectly into the stand and transforms it into an old Apple monitor.

The M4 Stand is made with scratch-free silicone to prevent damage to your iPhone and cable; the material’s unique properties allow the stand to feel soft to the touch and provide weight to plant your stand on any flat surface.

If you are an iPhone or Apple Watch owner and like to keep your feet in the past, then this stand may just be what the doctor ordered. Everyone loves a little nostalgia, and there’s nothing quite like Macintosh nostalgia!

The Elago M4 iPhone stand can be bought in both black and classic white colors for $34.99, which is quite a payable price.
