WWDC 2011: Apple to Announce iPhone 5 and iOS 5 on June 5 to 9?

We just reported that Apple’s WWDC 2011 is speculated to be hosted from 5th to 9th June. The report has been based on educated guesses by looking at the Apple’s events schedule. Since the WWDC lasts at least a few days, June 5th-9th seemed the only possible slot.

While WWDC is primarily a conference to showcase Apple’s new technologies and softwares to the developers, it also includes technological launches that appeal the masses such as new iPhone or a major iOS update. Possibly, iPhone 5 and iOS 5 could be two of the announcements of WWDC 2011.

Since Apple is already cooking a lot of stuff including the recent Verizon iPhone 4 launch and the iPad 2, which is just around the corner, it could be a little early to dream of the iPhone 5 but 6th June marks an year of iPhone 4 and we are also expecting WWDC 2011. So, yeah.
