Pangu 1.2.1 Jailbreak Tool Released, Here’s What Is New

The Pangu jailbreak team has just pushed out a new version 1.2.1 of their iOS 8 – 8.1 jailbreak utility which brings the latest Cydia 1.1.16 bundled as part of fresh jailbreak process.

Saurik released Cydia 1.1.16 yesterday which brought fix for ‘Restore from Backup’ in iTunes after your first use of Cydia.

Integrate with Cydia 1.1.16 (Cydia fixed boot issue when using "Restore from Backup" feature)

If you are already jailbroken, you don’t need to rejailbreak. To get the latest version of Cydia on your already jailbroken iPhone or iPad, simply launch Cydia, head to Changes tab and upgrade to Cydia Installer version 1.1.16 from there.

Apple is planning to release iOS 8.1.1 download in the coming weeks which is confirmed to have patched exploits used in Pangu8 untether. If you are planning to jailbreak your iOS device, now is the time to do so.
