iPhone XS, XS Max Unboxing Videos Hit The Web

If you placed a pre-order for a brand new iPhone XS or iPhone XS Max last week, then you’re likely already champing at the bit to get hold of your new pride and joy, but there are already some out there who have such devices in their hands thanks to Apple. YouTubers, in particular, have been sharing their initial thoughts on both the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max after Apple set them up with review units, and as you might expect, the unboxings are great viewing.

With so many YouTubers seemingly getting iPhones to review this year, it’s hard to know where to start and everyone has their personal favorites, but there are some that are simply unmissable.

One of those is the ever-popular Marques Brownlee or as you probably better know him, MKBHD. Brownlee was seeded with two iPhones, both gold in color and both 512GB storage options. In fact, that seems to be the standard for most of the people we have seen sharing videos today, which is more than a coincidence. Apple clearly wants reviewers to show off the latest and greatest color, being gold.

We also saw iJustine share a collection of other gold iPhones to show just how the color has changed over the years as Apple continues to tweak it, and as the choice of material used for the iPhone’s construction has impacted the shade of gold produced. That’s worth a watch if you’re a fan of gold iPhones, which I’m not sure I am but to each their own.
