BLUETTI Announces Expandable Portable Power Station For Your Outdoor Adventures

BLUETTI has announced the new AC60 & B80 with customizable capacity that can be built for almost any scenario.

Announced via a press release, the AC60 is an 8.6kg solar generator that also packs a 600W inverter and a 403Wh LFP battery.

The AC60 can then add the B80 battery to boost the capacity. The result is a power source with seven different outlets. Factor in Power Lifting Mode and the AC60 can also power 1200W appliances.

The AC60 itself also supports fast charging so that you can power it up while away from home if needed.

The AC60 supports four charging methods including adaptor, car, solar and generator charging. With a 600W AC Turbocharging, it takes just 40 minutes to recharge AC60 from 0 to 80%. The unit operates quietly at 45 dB, or below 40dB under Silent Charging Mode, usable in confined spaces such as a room or tent.

B80 can be used as a standalone DC power source when required, with three DC ports offered — USB-A, USB-C, and a car outlet.

The AC60 stands out for its exceptional feature – an IP65 rating, ensuring its water-resistant and dust-proof capability. The device boasts an upgraded internal structure that guarantees durability and longevity. Its circuits are well-protected from fan vents, and all the outlets are sealed with waterproof rubber. Besides, the case is composed of sturdy materials that pass rigorous water-resistance and dust-proofing tests. As a result, the AC60 is resistant to water splashes and dust from any direction, making it an ideal power source for outdoor pursuits.

The AC60 also comes with an LCD screen that displays the battery status, charge and discharge time remaining, and more. There’s also an app that can be used for real-time monitoring.

The AC60 and B80 will be available on BLUETTI’s official website and in its Amazon stores from the 26th of April, although official pricing has yet to be confirmed. It’s thought that the product will be budget-friendly, however.
