Just found this out that cooked ROMs of Windows Mobile 6.5 Build 23037 are now available for a variety of popular Windows Phones courtesy of l3v5y from XDA-Developers. Those of you who were facing problems cooking a ROM for themselves can now download these ready-to-install ROMs waiting to run on your phone.
