A Chinese site by the name of Mobile Android seems to have found first pictures and specs sheet of the upcoming sequel to the popular Droid phone, dubbed as Motorola Sholes Tablet. The leaked specs sheet looks impressive with 3.7’’ 840×485 WVGA capacitive multi-touch screen, 8 megapixel camera and HDMI output like the one in Zune HD. This combination of HDMI port + 8 megapixel camera will enable Sholes (Droid 2.0) to record high definition video, and then output it in HD 720p resolution.

Xperia X10 vs iPhone 3GS

iPhone 3GS certainly is the most popular and hottest phone out there is, and with Sony Ericsson set to launch their Android based Xperia X10 in February next year, stage is all set for a yet another battle between an Android set with iPhone. We were obviously excited when Sony Ericsson officially unveiled the specs for Xperia X10, and so we just couldn’t resist, but to perform a head-to-head comparison between Xperia X10 and its contemporary, the iPhone 3GS. Sony Ericsson’s official page for the Xperia X10 has listed February 2010 as the expected launch date for its new Android-powered handset. This news shouldn’t come out as a surprise since Sony Ericsson previously made it pretty clear that X10 will hit the shelves in the first quarter of 2010. Xperia X10 is Sony’s first entry in the Android space which introduces a new user interface platform called UX (codenamed Rachel) and new apps dubbed Mediascape and Timescape. This new user experience attempts to provide a centralized spot for all your communications, allowing you to view your tweets, photos, emails and conversations from a single spot.
