You can now download macOS Mojave 10.14 final version for your compatible Mac. As always, here are all of the details that you need to know to get prepared and to get the latest version of macOS.

First and foremost, macOS Mojave has been on the radar for what seems like a prolonged period of time now after it was first introduced to a crowd of developers during this year’s WWDC gathering back in June.

After being put through a period of internal and external testing, and after having the final Golden Master seed pushed out last week, Apple has now stayed true to its word and pushed the final version of the software out into the public domain. Its release means that all compatible Mac owners are now able to take their OS from High Sierra to Mojave, entirely free-of-charge, as always.

One of the great things about macOS Mojave is that it is isn’t just a simple run-of-the-mill annual update, and nor does it profess to be. The new version actually introduced some really great features and improvements to Mac owners.

First of all, it has the wonderful new Dark Mode which has been gaining appreciation. Secondly, it has features like Dynamic Desktop, the brand new Stacks offering, and an improved Siri experience that gives you more power via your voice. The Finder has been granted additional power, as has the Photos app and the ability to mark up and annotate documents without ever having to actually fully open them.

So, there you have it. A great update that is instantly going to improve any Mac it is installed upon. macOS 10.14 Mojave is available as an entirely free-of-charge download from the Mac App Store right now here. Once downloaded from under the Updates tab in the Mac App Store or by directly searching for it in the store, simply select the install button to begin installing from there and allow the update to go through its process.

Once complete, you will be left with a MacBook or iMac running Apple’s new desktop OS, complete with the gorgeous Dark Mode ready to be consumed.
