This is just in. Apple is holding a Media event dubbed as “Back to the Mac” on Wednesday, October 20th. Going by the title on the invitation card, it looks like this event is going to focus entirely on Macs, unlike some of the recent events which were all geared towards iOS (iPhones, iPads and iPod touches).
Apple has just released iOS 4.2 Beta 3 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. This beta build, like any other iOS beta is meant for developers only. Only members enrolled in the iPhone Developer Standard or Enterprise Program can access these bits of by signing into Apple Developer Connection.

Okay take this news with a grain of salt, for we are not sure here whether this is just a rumor, or a real deal. In an unexpected turn of events, the lemon drop image on Limera1n.com is now pointing towards a image which is showing all iOS devices, including those which are not supported by the upcoming GreenPois0n tool as jailbroken.
The SHAtter exploit based GreenPois0n tool is all set to arrive on October 10. But unfortunately, it will only jailbreak the fourth-generation devices like the iPhone 4, iPad, iPod touch 4G and the Apple TV 2G. This limitation is because of the nature of how the low level bootrom exploit SHAtter works.
