If you’re on the hunt for a new Apple Watch band you might want to hold on before placing an order.
That’s after it was claimed that Apple is getting ready to add Navy Blue and Emerald to its collection of colorways for its spring 2024 accessory refresh.
The new colors were shared by MacRumors after a collector shared photos of Sport Loops that came from China.
The information comes from Apple Watch band collector and MacRumors forums member known as “mikedop,” who explained that the pictured Sport Loop units originate from China. mikedop’s source referred to the colors as “Navy Blue” and “Emerald,” although they noted that these names might not be the official titles.
While the name might be different when these watch bands actually ship, the bands and colors themselves could well be on the money. However, it’s also thought that Apple creates prototypes for multiple different colorways with only some of them turning into products that are released.
That means that while these two colors could be real, and the bands shown are legitimate Apple bands, there is no guarantee that these are the ones that will be available to buy.
Apple generally announces new colorways for its accessories around March time, and it’s possible that the company could also announce a new iPhone 15 color at that time.
