Apple isn’t expected to announce iOS 27 until June’s WWDC event, but a new report appears to have detailed three new features that iPhone owners can look forward to.
A new MacRumors report, citing backend code discovered by developer Nicolas Alvarez, notes that there are four new Apple Intelligence features that look set to be part of the iOS 27 story.

The first two relate to the existing Visual Intelligence feature. The first will allow users to point their camera at a food nutrition label and have the information fed into the Health app. The other will take contact and address details and add them to the Contacts app.
Another change will feature the Wallet app, and make it possible for people to scan real, printed tickets and cards and then turn them into digital alternatives. The digital tickets and cards will then be imported into the Wallet app.
Finally, the report suggests that Safari will gain AI-powered tab group names. Apple Intelligence will look at the content of the groups and then use that information to choose a suitable name, the report claims.

Apple is expected to announce iOS 27 at the WWDC event that begins on June 8. But the update isn’t expected to be released to the public until this fall.
