As we progress deeper into the mobile age we are seeing large game publishers invest more time and resources into exploring the mobile landscape, an exploration which has seen the likes of Activision bringing Call of Duty: Strike Team to Apple's iOS platform. The initial version of the first-person and third-person game landed on iOS in September of this year and has just benefited from an update that offers in-depth support for new iOS 7 features.
It may have been available on iOS for a month already, but those toting Android devices can now also join in the fun that is provided by Call of Duty: Strike Team.
We're headed towards that time of year again when Activision releases its next installment of Call of Duty. This year's offering - Call of Duty: Ghosts - is not due for a while yet, but to whet the appetites of the many Call of Duty fans, a new mobile title has just made its way to the iOS App Store. Call of Duty: Strike Team is set in the year 2020, and with more of that first-person action fans love now refined for mobile space, it's not one to be missed.
