Here’s How To Update Facebook Status Via iPhone 5G, Skynet, Hogwarts, Your Mom’s Computer, And More

We love Facebook here at Redmond Pie.

Well, actually, we don’t. But we do when something like this comes along!

Are you bored with status updates that are ‘via iPhone’ or ‘via Web’? We know you are, and we also know of a great way to get away from the tedium and confuse all your friends at the same time, with a handy new website that offers you the ability to post Facebook status updates from all kinds of weird and wonderful places, ranging from a Commodore 64 to a Sperm Whale.

The website called StatusVia, popped up after a Reddit post listed all the codes required to spoof a source entry when posting status updates to Facebook. While the updates can be done manually using these codes, StatusVia makes the whole thing automated, with no funny business required.
