Apple’s iPhone 12 MagSafe Duo Charger, Leather Sleeve Coming Soon For $129, Leather Case Also Available Now

Today has been a big day for Apple with the iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 12 Pro Max now available for pre-order. But Apple also took the opportunity to add some new products to its store, not least some new accessories relating to the entire iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro lineup.

Starting out we have the iPhone 12 MagSafe Duo Charger now up on the site, although you can’t order it. The charger will sell for $129 when it does go on sale, although nobody is saying exactly when that will be. Apple says it’s “coming soon” but that does leave everything very much open.

Moving on we also have the iPhone 12 Leather Sleeve, again selling for $129. And, again, you can’t buy it yet with Apple saying the same thing – it’s “coming soon.” That does make us wonder why it’s even there, but one day we’ll be able to buy these things at some point. The new sleeves are available in four different colors.

Finally, we have the Apple iPhone 12 Leather Case, priced at $59. This one is available to buy now, but there are some problems here as well. Apple has already warned that the MagSafe charger could leave a mark on leather cases and a product image actually shows that. It isn’t horrific, but it’s there.

Whether it’s enough to put you off buying however, is up to you.

This case is made with high-quality, supple leather to protect your iPhone. Leather is a natural material and like a fine leather belt, it may show creases, marks, or a patina over time. Interaction with MagSafe accessories will leave slight imprints (as shown in the last image of the gallery). If you are concerned about this, we suggest you use an iPhone 12 | 12 Pro Silicone or Clear Case.

Now we’ll just have to wait for Apple to make the MagSafe Duo Charger and Leather Sleeve available as well.
