When Microsoft made Windows 7 SP1 available last month, users the world over set off downloading the update, but what if you want the files on a good old piece of plastic? Now you can order SP1 for free from Microsoft's Online Store.
Microsoft has just released RTM (final) version of Windows 7 Service Pack 1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 for their MSDN and TechNet subscribers. Public version will be available on February 22nd via Microsoft Download Center and Windows Update.
A Spanish site named Muywindows has grabbed exclusive screenshots from the upcoming Service Pack for Windows 7. The screenshots seems to have been taken from a demo copy of a Pre SP1 Build of Windows 7 which according to them will be handed over to a selected pool of private testers in the coming weeks.
