Second Official Trailer Of Grand Theft Auto V Released! [VIDEO]

Now Halo 4 and Call Of Duty: Black Ops II are done and dusted, perhaps the next most anticipated title will be Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto V. Up until recently, the developer has been dropping bundles of screenshots and images intermittently, but with pre-orders having officially begun and a Spring release date now confirmed, the level of excitement for the next version of GTA is reaching fever pitch.

To whet the appetite of those anxious to get their hands on Grand Theft Auto V, the second official trailer has been released following up from the first trailer which was released back in November of last year. At nearly two minutes long, it gives more than a flavor of what’s in store, and as well as being incredibly realistic from an aesthetic point of view, it looks as though it’ll play like real-life. The trailer is rather movie-like, and with such a deluge of exciting vehicles and equipment on display, it’s not difficult to see why gamers are getting themselves in a bit of a tizzy about it.

Please note, due to the moderate profanity used, we’re tagging this one as inappropriate for children:

Unfortunately, there are no updates regarding a more specific release date for the upcoming title. “Spring 2013” remains the rather vague ETA, but we’ll obviously know more as that time frame draws closer.

Until then, we’ve a glut of clips and images to salivate over, and with quite a bit of waiting still to be done, don’t be shocked if Rockstar continues teasing GTA fans with further insight in the coming weeks and months.

Over the years, Grand Theft Auto has remained among the most celebrated titles on any platform – despite unseemly levels of violence – and while none of us would behave in the drug-slinging, murderous manner we do in the game, there’s certainly a perverse pleasure in racking up the felony level.

If you cannot wait until next spring for your next fix of Grand Theft Auto, you’ll be pleased to learn that the 10th Anniversary edition of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City will soon be heading over to the App Store for those on iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. If it’s anything like the 10-year celebratory edition of GTA III, we’re in a real treat!
