PS4 Black Friday 2015 Deal Drops Price Down To $299
Christmas and the time leading up to it can often be a great time to pick up a bargain, and the always interesting Black Friday shenanigans just make things even more surreal.
If you are on the lookout for something either for a Christmas gift or a treat for yourself though, this week or so is probably a good time to find it. If a PS4 is on your shopping list, now is most definitely an excellent time to buy.
Following on from Microsoft’s decision to discount the Xbox One as part of the Thanksgiving period, Sony has now also followed suit by matching Microsoft’s $299 asking price. As of right now, and until November 30th, buyers can pick up a PS4 bundle with Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection for just $299, matching the Xbox One’s $50 price reduction.
While some retailers may in fact offer deeper discounts during the Thanksgiving period, Sony’s own price reductions give its PS4 parity with Microsoft’s Xbox One during perhaps the most important shopping period of the year. Black Friday and the surrounding days are always big earners for retailers across various industries, and both Sony and Microsoft will be hoping for a considerable piece of the pie this year.
Right now is the best time ever to buy a PlayStation 4 with the console running at its lowest retail price ever. When the price goes back up come November 30th, you don’t want to be the person left out, especially if the price goes up considerably. Thankfully it’s likely the PS4 and Xbox One’s price will continue to fall over the coming months anyway, so all may not be lost even if you do miss out.
