Hermes Just Launched A $5,150 MagSafe Charger For iPhone And Apple Watch

Hermes, a long-time accessory partner of Apple, has launched a new MagSafe charger for iPhone and Apple Watch that comes with an incredible price tag of $5,150.

The Paddock Duo charger and Grand Paddock case come as a bundle and are both finished in calfskin.

But while there are MagSafe chargers for an iPhone and an Apple Watch, Hermes won’t include a charging brick in the box. Instead, you’ll need to buy your own 20W or greater charger for the thing to work at all.

On a more positive note, the whole thing looks stunning. As well it should, given the price.

This charging object has been meticulously encased in Swift calfskin and saddle-stitched. Within its refined design resides two induction chargers, enabling you to recharge your electronic devices effortlessly with a single gesture.

There are cheaper options if you’d rather not pay quite so much, at least. A model that only charges an iPhone comes with its own, smaller case, while another can charge an Apple Watch instead. They all come in the same Gold Swift calfskin, so you don’t need to worry about choosing a color for your new charger.

Hermes has long offered accessories for Apple devices, usually Apple Watches. Apple previously offered a Hermes Apple Watch that included a special Hermes band. It, too, was incredibly expensive.
