Gold LG G3 Leaked In Full Glory, Here’s What It Looks Like [Photos]

The elusive LG G3 is set to be showcased very soon, and thanks to a leaked snap of the device – which, in a turn up for the books, is actually of a fairly high resolution – we now have a fair idea of what it will look like. Moreover, following in the footsteps of the flagship releases of both Apple and Samsung, it will also boast a gold color configuration, and below, you can check it out in all its glory.

Even though, in the Samsung Galaxy S5 and HTC One M8, we’ve already seen two of the most eagerly-anticipated Android handsets of this year already, there’s still quite a bit to look forward to. Along with the prospect of the Galaxy Note 4, OnePlus One and Nexus 6, to name a few, LG’s G3 is not far from getting its official announcement, and having lost a little ground last year thanks to the presence of HTC’s flagship One M7, the Korean company will be looking to bite straight back with its newest humdinger.

These new shots have hit the scene via the folks at GSM Arena, and although nothing can be verified until LG comes through and confirms, it would seem very possible that this is, in fact, the real deal.

It’s more than likely that LG will continue with the same naming scheme for its most coveted device, and aside from being gold for those who want to keep up with the Joneses, the G3 looks slightly larger than the preceding G2.

As per this leak, it’s not a radical redesign by any means, but there are several noticeable tweaks throughout that render the device distinguishable from last year’s iteration. Whether the G3 looks better or worse for it is open to interpretation, but for the time being, we’re reserving definitive judgment until after an official unveiling.

From what’s being said, the G3 will be every bit as beastly internally as it appears on the outside, with the 5.5-inch, 2560 x 1440 display accompanied by the ever-popular Snapdragon 801, 3 gigs of RAM and a 13-megapixel camera.

Like the GS5, it is also expected to be waterproof, and with LG having already sent out invitations for a press event on May 27th, we won’t have to wait too long for something official.
