Fix ‘Unable To Verify Update iOS 27 Is Temporarily Unavailable’ Error, Here’s How

Here’s how you can fix ‘Unable to Verify Update iOS 27 is temporarily unavailable. Try again later.’ error when updating to iOS 27.

As you may know, iOS 27 final version is now available to download. Now, if you are downloading it on day 1 and are getting the aforementioned error message on your iPhone, here’s what you need to do.

Seems like the real cause of this error is a corrupted OTA file of iOS 27 that may have been downloaded on your device. You need to remove it and then try to download it again. To do this, following the instructions below.

Step 1: Head over to Settings > General > iPhone Storage section of the device.

Step 2: Scroll down to find “iOS 27” in the list.

Step 3: Tap on it and then tap on “Delete Update”.

Step 4: Now head back to Settings > General > Software Update section and download the OTA update again.

Step 5: Wait for download to finish. Once downloaded, tap on “Update Now” button to begin installation process.

The dreaded ‘Unable to Verify Update iOS 27 is temporarily unavailable. Try again later.’ error should hopefully no longer occur as you deleted the corrupted OTA file and downloaded it again.
