Apple has today made the final version visionOS 27 for the Apple Vision Pro available for download. The new update is available for all Apple Vision Pro owners around the world.
This new visionOS 27 software update was announced way back in June during the annual WWDC event, and it’s been made available to developers in beta form ever since.
That beta program has seen multiple versions of the visionOS 27 update released as Apple worked through the bigs ahead of a public release that has now finally taken place.
The visionOS 27 update brings Siri AI to the Apple Vision Pro spatial computer, allowing users to interact with the AI assistant in new ways. Siri AI can also interact with apps and the visionOS feature in a more meaningful way.
Other updates to the visionOS software include a refreshed Safari and Passwords experience, the ability to turn panoramas into spatial scenes, and support for new, curved windows. There are plenty more improvements around the whole Apple Vision Pro experience, too.
To get visionOS 27 final version on your Apple Vision Pro, head to Settings > General > Software Update section of the device and grab the OTA update from there.
Apple has also released new versions of the software that powers the iPhone, iPad, Mac, AppleTV, and Apple Watch.
