Apple continues to be rumored to have a new, low-cost MacBook ready to be announced with March 4 expected to be the big announcement. Now, a new report claims to have details on the new colors that the laptop will be available in.
According to Weibo leaker Instant Digital, Apple used invitations for its March 4 “special Apple Experience” to tease the colors.

The invitation showed a sliced Apple logo featuring yellow, green, and blue. Assuming this report is accurate, that means that we can expect the new MacBook to be available in those colors as well.
This comes after a report way back in June of last year from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggested that the budget-oriented MacBook would come in silver, blue, pink, and yellow similar to the entry-level iPad.
More recently, Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman hinted that Apple would choose to offer the MacBook in more colorful hues than the rest of the lineup. Gurman mentioned that Apple had tested a range of colors including silver, dark gray, yellow, green, blue, and pink.
If all of the rumors are true, the new MacBook will come with a 12.9-inch display and sport an aluminum design. The machine will use the A18 Pro chip from the iPhone lineup rather than an M-series chip normally associated with Apple’s iPads and MacBook Air and Pro laptops.
