Apple Releases Beta 1 Of macOS 27.3, watchOS 27.3, tvOS 27.3, And visionOS 27.3

Following the release of the initial iOS 27.3 and iPadOS 27.3 betas, Apple has also released beta updates for macOS 27.3, watchOS 27.3, tvOS 27.3, and visionOS 27.3.

The new betas are available for download by registered developers right now.

While we don’t yet know how long the beta program will be, we expect that these new updates will be ready for public availability towards the middle of December if previous years are any indication. We also don’t expect these new updates to bring any big new features beyond the watchOS 27.3 beta.

macOS 27.3

Apple has confirmed that Apple Intelligence will become available in China with the release of the 27.3 software updates, and the macOS 27.3 update is no different. That means that features like Visual Intelligence, AI-powered image editing features, and more will be part of the update.

watchOS 27.3

The watchOS 27.3 beta brings early support for Audio Intelligence, new features that will expand Siri AI for the Apple Watch.

The Apple Watch will listen to its surroundings and then offer different features, such as identifying a song or taking notes on a meeting that might be taking place. Audio Intelligence will only be available on the Apple Watch Series 12 and Apple Watch Ultra 4.

tvOS 27.3

New features are always hard to come by for tvOS updates, and the tvOS 27.3 beta is an example of that. Apple instead chooses to tweak interfaces and fix bugs with these updates, leaving the bigger changes for its annual software updates.

visionOS 27.3

The biggest addition to visionOS 27.3 for Apple Vision Pro owners will be the Chinese Apple Intelligence support, and it comes to Apple’s spatial computer with this beta.
