Apple CarPlay support is coming to the upcoming Crest and Balise pontoons from MasterCraft Boat Holdings, the company has confirmed.
A MacRumors report notes that the company is working with Savvy Navvy to bring CarPlay and on-water navigation features to its lineup.

Owners of the 2027 Crest and Balise pontoons can expect many of the same features that are available in cars, with the Savvy Navvy mobile app integrating with CarPlay to display charts, GPS features, and live weather forecasts.
“Boaters have been asking for a modern infotainment system for years,” says Jelte Liebrand, Founder and CEO of Savvy Navvy. “Plan your trip on the couch, step aboard, and it is already at the helm. No complicated ways to synchronise things; it just works. Savvy Navvy for CarPlay works on iOS and Android with any compatible display. I’m thrilled to see Crest and Balise put CarPlay in front of their boaters.”
The CarPlay feature will come as standard on all 2027 model year Balise Crest Conquest and Caribbean models. Buyers of the new boats will also receive a limited Savvy Navvy premium subscription as part of their purchase.
Those choosing not to buy a new boat can still use the Savvy Navvy app. Its CarPlay functionality is available globally as of yesterday and works with compatible CarPlay units.
