Now only if this slick looking device gets features like Internet browsing, integration with Windows Marketplace for Mobile for downloading games and apps, better file format support, HD screen, multi-touch, ability to synchronize with MyPhone service and more then Microsoft sure will have a huge hit on their hands.

Engadget has grabbed what looks like the real deal which is coming out from Redmond this fall – Zune HD. Sources close to Zune team have confirmed that these images of Zune HD are indeed real and Microsoft’s 3rd generation media player is most likely to be out by September or October this year. These leaked images posted over by Engadget makes my smile grow each time I flip through them. Now this really is the first “real” iPod Touch competitor – or should I say the iPod Touch killer!
