This is a real good news for all the TechNet and MSDN subscribers who love Windows Home Server.

We are announcing the availability of Windows Home Server as a part of TechNet Plus and MSDN subscription downloads. Both TechNet Plus and MSDN subscribers can now evaluate Windows Home Server without any time limits what’s so ever.

UPDATE 2: The availability of Windows Home Server is back on both TechNet and MSDN. Subscribers of these two services can now download full version of Windows Home Server without any time limits.
