Just installed Windows 7 Starter edition on a low-end spare notebook for testing purposes when I found this new wallpaper which ships with this edition of Windows. I

For those of you who don’t know: Windows 7 Starter SKU is specially designed to run on low-powered small netbook PCs and will only be available through OEM channel on these low powered – small sized computers. Windows 7 Starter does not include, Aero Glass, Windows Media Center, DVD Playback, ability to install XP Mode, Remote Media Streaming, Personalization options (you cant change desktop wallpaper and sound scheme), Dual-monitor setup and Domain support for Businesses.
