Apple sub-brand Beats has announced the Beats 360, a pair of headphones that have been heavily rumored for weeks and are now finally official.
They’ll retail for $349.99 and are designed to be more comfortable and to bring extra customization options to the Beats lineup.

As the price might suggest, these headphones will sit at the top of the Beats headphone lineup, with the Studio Pro receiving a price drop, making them $299.99. The Beats 360 include active noise cancellation as well as the familiar Transparency mode. Disabling both features enables Adaptive EQ, MacRumors notes, allowing the headphones to fine-tune how music will sound.
Like all high-end audio gear under the Apple umbrella, the Beats 360 support Personalized Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking with 360-degree Dolby Atmos support included.
They’ll sell in four colors: Black, Cloud, Pink, and Sky with color-matched Performance Knit ear and headband cushions included. However, both are removable, allowing owners to customize their look by buying additional accessories in new colors.
The ear cushions will be available in Performance and UltraPlush varieties, both priced at $49.99. The former is a memory foam construction, designed for fitness wear, while the latter offers a more comfort-first fit with memory foam covered in engineered leather. Beats 360 will identify which are fitted and then adapt the audio accordingly.
Beats says you can expect up to 32 hours of battery life with ANC enabled, while a USB-C port is found on the left earcup for charging.
The Beats 360 are available for preorder starting today, and they’ll officially become available on September 24.
