The list of people that will be attending currently reads as a who’s who of the iOS jailbreak scene, with names like Comex, Chronic and P0sixninja headlining the event.

“The first annual summit of MSS will be held on 27th March, 2015. On the occasion, top hacker groups and mobile internet security experts as well as information security staffs in every industries from China and abroad will come together, and they will discuss and share their opinions of mobile security problems. For better media communication, we warmly welcome media of any size to join us, especially media focused on mobile security”

While the summit does invite media of all shapes and sizes, it’s telling that applications to attend will be vetted so closely. Identity checks will be made during application review and access to the event itself will be policed by security who will be on the lookout for a special QR code that will be emailed to all those authorized to attend.

With the likes of Chronic and Comex speaking about the jailbreak scene and what it entails, this could be quite the interesting event to attend, assuming you can get in and have the means to get to China, that is.
