Here are iOS 26 beta 5 changes, new features and release notes that you as an iPhone or iPad user needs to know about.
As you may already know by now, Apple today released beta 5 of iOS 26 couple of weeks after beta 4 seed.
This new beta 5 seed brings with it a few changes, and we have a running list of everything that is changed below.
Ready? Here we go:
- Fixes photos app bug where video still plays in the background when switching to another video.
- New Fitness+ icon
- New Splash screen for the Music app.
- Bottom tab bar no longer cut off in Safari
- New low battery Dynamic Island pop-up
- Dock is now thicker and glassier
- “Classic Mode Switching” for Camera app
- New AirDrop icon
