Apple has today released for download iOS 26 RC IPSW links and OTA update, and it can now be installed on your own devices— here are all the details we have.
Apple continues to work towards making iOS 26 for iPhone available to the public to download.

The iOS 26 developer and public betas have been running ever since the software updates were both previewed during the WWDC event in June.
This first Release Candidate version of the iPhone software is now available to registered developers and we can surely expect it to be released to those on the public beta program within the next few days, too.
With this being the first Release Candidate, we expect it to be the most stable version of the software yet. However, we suggest still holding off on installing it in case there are some last-minute issues for Apple to deal with.
The final versions of iOS 26 and others are now just around the corner, so you don’t have too long left to wait if you want to avoid the beta issues that have plagued others in the past.
The new software is set to come preinstalled on Apple’s upcoming iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Pro devices, as expected, and brings with it a slew of new changes and improvements, including the new Liquid Glass design language.
