Apple has just released for download iOS 26.3 RC version alongside iPadOS 26.3 RC and RC of tvOS 26.3, watchOS 26.3, macOS 26.3 and visionOS 26.3.
If you’re a developer with access to Apple Developer Program portal, you can grab the aforementioned OTA update of 26.3 RC on your iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Apple Watch, Mac and Vision Pro.
Head over to Settings > General > Software Update section of your device and grab the OTA update from there. The final version of v26.3 is expected to release to everyone by next week.
As for what’s new in this release, iOS 26.3 introduces a new and easier way to switch from iPhone to Android and vice versa. This version of iOS also brings tweaks to Astronomy and Weather wallpaper gallery, Notification Forwarding settings for third-party wearables in the European Union, and more.
As mentioned earlier, we expect Apple to release final version of iOS 26.3 (and others) to public sometime next week, while a public beta for those on Apple Beta Software Program portal will get this RC build later this week.
