The iPhone Dev Team has updated PwnageTool to version 4.3.2 to support untethered jailbreak on iOS 4.3.2 using i0n1c’s exploit. All devices (except iPad 2) are supported. This includes iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad 1, iPod touch 4G/3G and Apple TV.
We have updated our previous article about the untethered iOS 4.3.2 jailbreak with a complete step by step video tutorial. You can follow the well explained instructions in the video to jailbreak your compatible iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad, iPod touch untethered on iOS 4.3.2 using the newly released Redsn0w 0.9.6rc14.
Redsn0w 0.9.6rc14 is now available which adds support for untethered jailbreak for iPhone 4 on the latest iOS 4.3.2 firmware. Those of you who rely on a carrier unlock MUST STAY AWAY from Redsn0w and stock iOS 4.3.2 firmware and wait for the updated version of Sn0wbreeze and PwnageTool.
The iPhone Dev-Team has released Redsn0w 0.9.6rc13 to include support (except for iPad 2) for untethered jailbreak on iOS 4.3.2 using the same i0n1c’s exploit which was used to previously untether 4.3.1.
iPhone hacker Comex, who was behind popular jailbreak tools such as Spirit and JailbreakMe believes that untethered jailbreak on iOS 4.3.2 might still be possible using i0n1c’s (Stefan Esser) existing jailbreak exploit for iOS 4.3.1.
If you don’t care about baseband upgrade, the current latest version of Redsn0w 0.9.6 can also jailbreak iOS 4.3.2 for both Windows and Mac users on iPhone 4, 3GS, iPad, and iPod touch 4G/3G.
PwnageTool bundle for jailbreaking the first-generation iPad on the latest iOS 4.3.2 is now available. You can use this bundle with PwnageTool 4.3 to create custom jailbroken 4.3.2 firmware files.
The just released iOS 4.3.2 firmware update for iPhone 4 and iPod touch 3G/4G has been successfully jailbroken using custom PwnageTool bundles. The jailbreak though is tethered only for now, which means that you will have to boot it into jailbroken state every time you reboot.
Joshua Hill of the Chronic Dev Team has confirmed today that since untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3.1 is already out, they are now focusing on finishing the iPad 2 jailbreak which mostly likely will be packaged into an updated version of GreenPois0n.
