Apple today has announced the much anticipated iPhone 3G S with the brand new iPhone OS 3.0 for both the new and the previous gen models. Apple showed off a preview of the new upcoming OS for iPhone which will offer 1,000 new APIs for developers, and deliver over 100 new features. The iPhone OS 3.0 will ship in summer 2009 and will be free to all iPhone and iPhone 3G customers.
