Famous Jailbreak Developer Joshua Hill A.K.A p0sixninja Leaves Chronic Dev Team

Joshua Hill, better known throughout the jailbreak community as Chronic-Dev Team member p0sixninja, has announced via Twitter that he's left the group. He hasn't offered any real reasons for his departure, aside from stating that he's "no longer associated" with the team, adding, "it was never about the money for me."

Joshua Hill of the Chronic Dev Team has confirmed today that since untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3.1 is already out, they are now focusing on finishing the iPad 2 jailbreak which mostly likely will be packaged into an updated version of GreenPois0n.

The well known iPhone developer and hacker Joshua Hill of the Chronic Dev Team has provided an ETA for the arrival of updated GreenPois0n jailbreak tool for the newly released iOS 4.2.1 firmware. For those of you who don’t know, GreenPois0n is based on Geohot’s Limera1n bootrom exploit which has already pwned all current iOS devices for life. The only problem is that it is a tethered jailbreak, which means you will have to boot it into a “jailbroken state” using a tool like Redsn0w on every reboot.
