Apple’s upcoming M5-powered Vision Pro will likely come with a new ‘Dual Knit Band” according to a new leak. Here are the details on this.
We have known this for a while now that Apple is preparing a minor refresh to Apple Vision Pro which will now be powered by M5 chip instead of M2, and will likely come in a new color and a new comfortable band.

And now, it looks like we have a name for Apple’s new band which will be called ‘Dual Knit Band’ according to a reference in code found by MacRumors. It’s important to note that the current Vision Pro comes with two bands namely Solo Knit Band and Dual Loop Band.
Dual Knit Band is expected to increase the comfort when wearing Vision Pro after users complained the current bands weren’t as comfortable to use, especially for long hours.
Apple is expected to announce the aforementioned Dual Knit Band as part of M5 Vision Pro sometime later this month. Apple is expect to hold a event where the company will also unveil a refresh for Apple TV 4K, M5-powered MacBook Pros, M5 iPad Pro and more.
The price of M5 Vision Pro is expected to remain same as current one, which is starting at $3,499 for base 256GB storage.
Do you own Vision Pro? Are you planning to upgrade to M5 version later this year? Sound off in the comments section below.
