The Cyberpunk 2077 game has been around for a good long while now, but if you only game on a Mac, tomorrow will be the first chance you get to play it. And now we know what specs will be required to do so.
Cyberpunk 2077 will debut its macOS version tomorrow, July 17, with developer CD Projekt Red sharing details as to what kind of Mac gamers will need in order to play the futuristic action RPG.

And while it’s true that it will be playable on most Macs powered by an M-series chip, you’ll need a high-end model to get the best out of its impressive graphics and world design.
According to a spec sheet shared on the CD Projekt Red website, the minimum specification to play the game will require an M1 chip with 16GB of RAM. The recommended specs bump that to an M3 Pro with 18GB of RAM, while the “very high fidelity” spec requires an M3 Ultra or M4 Max chip with 36GB of RAM.
In terms of storage, installing the game via GOG, Epic, or Steam will require just 92GB, but things soon balloon up when you install the game via the App Store. The spec sheet says that you’ll need almost 160GB of storage should you decide to go that route.

All of those specs get the game running at 60fps, except the minimum spec, powered by an M1 chip.
