Apple’s 2026 Reportedly Includes A New Display, MacBooks, And More

We are only just over halfway through 2025, but Apple’s plans for 2026 are starting to come into focus. Now, a new report claims to have information on what Apple will launch next year.

That report comes via Bloomberg‘s Mark Gurman, who says that Apple will launch a ton of devices before spring of next year. Those products include a new iPad and iPad Air, a refreshed Mac monitor, and more.

According to Gurman, Apple will launch:

  • A new Mac external monitor
  • An updated MacBook Air
  • A new iPad with upgraded performance
  • The iPhone 17e, replacing the iPhone 16e
  • An M4 iPad Air
  • New MacBook Pros with M5 chips

While there are new chips inbound, Gurman says that these products will not feature an external redesign. That means Apple will focus on the performance of its chips once again.

The iPhone 17e will likely be based on the iPhone 17 design language, however, while the MacBook Pro will come in familiar 14 and 16-inch sizes. The MacBook Air will again be offered in the same 13 and 15-inch configurations, too.

Gurman says that the new refreshes will be aimed at growing revenue following the launch of the iPhone 17 in September.

The new products are part of a push to get back to more consistent revenue growth following this fall’s iPhone launch. After a pandemic-fueled sales surge in the early part of the decade, Apple has suffered from spottier demand the past two years. A slower rollout of new models — including iPads — contributed to the slump.

Apple is also expected to announce new Apple Watch models this September, too.
