Yes, you can now download iOS 10.3.3 beta 3 as well as beta 3 of macOS 10.12.6 for Mac, watchOS 3.2.3 for Apple Watch and tvOS 10.2.2 for Apple TV.

This latest beta release of iOS 10.x, macOS 10.12.x, watchOS 3.x and tvOS 10.x comes approximately two weeks after the release of beta 2 and approximately one week week after the unveiling and subsequent developer beta 1 seed of iOS 11macOS 10.13, watchOS 4 and tvOS 11

iOS 10.3.3, macOS 10.12.6, watchOS 3.2.3 and tvOS 10.2.2 all feature nothing more than under-the-hood performance improvements, security patches and bug fixes to make all these platforms more stable than ever before on all compatible iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches and Apple TVs out there.

The real changes of course are coming with the iOS 11, macOS High Sierra, watchOS 4 and tvOS 11 releases, all of which contain a ton of new feature changes and improvements. The caveat with them is that they won’t be out until fall 2017 but the good news is that the developer beta 1 seed of all four aforementioned major upcoming releases are already available to download with first public beta seed promised to be coming sometime later this month.

Coming back to today’s beta 3 seed of iOS 10.3.3, macOS 10.12.6, watchOS 3.2.3 and tvOS 10.2.2, you can grab them all right now for compatible devices from Apple Developer Program site at developer.apple.com. OTA seeds for each of these are also available for direct download and install on compatible devices. You can find OTA update for each of these new releases from relevant settings section of the operating system.

If you are registered on Apple Beta Software Program, Apple will soon make available to download both iOS 10.3.3 and macOS 10.12.6 beta 3 seeds to all public beta testers. It hasn’t happened as yet but as soon as Apple flips the switch on public beta 3 seeds, we will let you know. Stay tuned for more.

Update: Public beta 3 of both iOS 10.3.3 and macOS 10.12.6 are now available to download.
