1) Yeah, agree the new MS scrolling changes are a bit of a step backwards. I miss both the bounceback effect, and I also do not care for the click scrolling at all. Its very difficult to get smooth scrolling vs. click scrolling gesture to envoke. Just in general it doesn't seem to make sense. Just look on Modaco, etc. -- everyone who is cooking with these new ROM versions are struggling with workarounds to add kinetic and smooth scrolling back in!

2) Agree newer releases are faster (I'm using 23081 on an Omnia i910). Great to see!

3) I'm a bit ambivalent about the new Contact UI -- going to 5 screens to enter info vs. 1 is confusing, but its true if all you want to capture is a name and phone number this new UI is better.

Isn't it time MS got past icon styles, honey combs or no, etc. and started doing more with Titanium (contact plugin within 3-4 buttons per slider, same with an app launcher, maybe a Bing plugin)? Made scrolling easier? How about a real published API for third parties to build their own Titanium plugins?

-Craig
