We all know about Apple’s most successful products that are available to all consumers via digital and physical stores, the iPhone, the iPad, and of course, the growing range of Mac computers that is spearheaded by the recently released MacBook Pro with Touch Bar.

That said, sometimes it’s the products that aren’t immediately available to the masses that we want to get our hands on the most, such as Apple’s limited edition coffee table book that the company issues to photographers who have had their work featured in Apple’s ‘Shot on iPhone’ ad campaigns.

For the second year running, self-taught photographer Cielo de la Paz has had one of her photographs featured by Apple, and has been surprised by the arrival of a beautiful Apple produced book right at her door step, a book that features all of the photography from the recent ‘Shot on iPhone 6s‘ campaign, and aptly titled, “Shot on iPhone”.

As you might expect, the photographer, and all others who have had their work used by Apple, have been monetarily compensated by Apple for the media, but are also in the process of receiving a coffee table book similar to the recently released ‘Designed by Apple in California‘ book that shows all the beauty of those photographs.

The power of Apple’s ‘Shot on iPhone’ campaign is there for all to see. Not just from a marketing perspective for Apple and its products, but also for the photographers who are featured in the campaign. In de la Paz’s case, being featured by Apple in last year’s ‘Shot on iPhone 6’ has resulted in her being contracted for multiple freelance photography gigs as well as being asked about actually teaching the art of photography to other interested individuals. The power of the campaign also shines through when you actually see de la Cruz open the wonderful gift from Apple as part of her unboxing video uploaded to YouTube.

This is by no means the first time Apple has produced a stunning book of this nature. The company issued the same surprise to photographers last year, but as mentioned earlier has also released a ‘Designed by Apple in California’ book which is available to consumers in two different sizes, starting from $199.00. Fancy and beautifully designed books will never be Apple’s bread and butter, but it’s still fantastic to actually see the company going to these lengths to show that it truly values those who continually buy into the ethos of the business.
