why is the starter packs suck? cant even change the wallpaper…and everything is limited…explorer also causes problemssssss

In my windows 7, everytime I select a new wallpaper, it is stretching automatically to fit the screen. Even if I select the option to centre or tiles, it is going back to stretch mode, after I give save changes. How can I correct it?

You have some restrictions, but the main one is not being able to change the background, but Stardock My Colour will get past this easy. If microsoft patch this however, i will just find a way to upgrade windows for free by obtaining a code, I want to change my background and will lol.
