it is posible to downgrade to 3.1.2 but the baseband is still on 3.1.3 so it is not posible to unlock it at this moment (believe me i also have this prob.)

i use blackrain to jailbreak my Iphone on OS 3.1.2
Will downloading the latest Itunes update affect my jailbroke apps i have on my current Itunes ?
