Okay, Great that there is an unlock to 3GS, BUT! I have a bootloader version on my 3G that's too new....!

How is it possible that a 3GS can have a older baseband/bootloader then a 3G?

And how can I fix it?

Same boat as you with ultrasn0w 0.91-1 and “no service”.
Someone should setup a repo for downgrades, strange that dev-team haven't acted on this already!

Ok people help me out here!

You unlock your iphone so you can use other SIM cards right? Is that the only reason? I presume you owners are under a contract since the 3Gs is pretty new…

Because I don't understand….why do you want to bother and unlock your iphone (ex. 3G S) when you are more or less still bound to a contract with ex. AT&T and you have to pay those (for ex.) 24 months anyway, and still you wanna put in another SIM which you have to pay for as well…am I totally wrong here?? What am I missing??

To jailbreak it…that I can understand!!! but not the unlock…

Hi, i’ve recently update tou ultrasn0w 0.91-1 and i’ve got no service. the’re nothing on the dev-teams blog and i just don’t a have a clue on what to do. i can’t find a way to downgrade to a previous version. any ideas?
