you can download cydelete from cydia, then you can delete them like you do appstore apps

go into the manage screen on cydia, then click modify, and uninstall

Could u please adivse on how to remove MIM, backrounder, winter springboard, & Proswitcher apps. These do not show the x next to the icon to allow removal. I also couldn't find the apps listed in the apps setion of ITunes. Please advise on how to remove as my ihpone is experiencing heavy lagging problems, and touch screen issues especially when using sms. These problems only occured after I installed the above mentioned apps on my iphone.
